Johnny Randall is a new client to St. Francis House. At 73 years old, he receives $628.00 a month from Social Security. Though he is still able to live on his own, he does require oxygen to assist his breathing. When he was unable to pay his electric bill, he reached out to several local agencies for help. Unfortunately, all of them were out of funds. He was referred to St. Francis House by Central Arkansas Development Council. St. Francis House was able to pay the bill and ensure that his electricity would not be cut-off, avoiding a truly life-threatening situation for Mr. Randall.
