The assistance we can provide is on a limited first come-first served basis and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. The amount of funds we have available for utility
assistance will vary from month to month, throughout the year.

YOU MUST HAVE AN OFFICIAL SHUT OFF NOTICE FOR ASSISTANCE.
- Utility Assistance help will only be available on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. No exceptions.
- March 14th, and March 28th
- April 11th, and April 25th
- May 9th, and May 23rd

QUALIFICATIONS FOR UTILITY ASSISTANCE FROM ST. FRANCIS HOUSE
- You MUST have an official “SHUT OFF NOTICE” from the utility company.
- We only assist with the “CURRENT AMOUNT DUE”, that is shown on the notice.
- In some instances, we may not be able to help with the full amount above, only a partial amount.
- WE DO NOT PAY PAST DUE AMOUNTS.
- Funds are limited and on a first call, first served basis.
