Saturday, November 3, 6:30 PM 2413 Northeastern Ave, Jacksonville, AR: This is a fun event and a great time to invite friends and get them to St. Stephen’s. It is a fund raiser to support St. Francis House. Cost of admission: 1 jar of peanut butter per person. There will be a variety of coffees available and plenty of finger foods. Join the fun!
Musical Guests Include: Tim and Terri Isaac; Brian and Anita Blauser; Toby Rowe; Johnny Jackson; Lisa Patterson and Jack Boles; Laura Phillips; Linda King; and the Dalton Gang.
Other Activities: Trivia Competition (groups of 6-8); and Joke Competition; (jokes should not be long or exceed a rating of PG-13; the the judges will deduct points for either!) PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE WINNERS!
We will open with a prayer at 6:30 PM. Then, Linda King will take 5-10 minutes to talk about the programs at St. Francis’ House. They do much more than house homeless veterans. St. Francis’ House is a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas. You may bring adult beverages, but they must be kept in the kitchen because we will have some children present.
All Donations will go to St. Francis House: Checks should be made out to: St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church (memo line: St. Francis House”). The money will be deposited and one check to be sent to St. Francis House.
