Providing Christmas nourishment and cheer to seniors in Little Rock and North Little Rock low-income housing was the mission for the Saturday before Christmas! Volunteers started packing food boxes at 8 am and didn’t finish until into the afternoon. Then four trucks generously paid for by Cintas, worked continuously to get the boxes delivered. This year’s packing was twice the work thanks to extra resources that allowed us to more than double the amount of food provided. These Christmas boxes will keep folks fed until New Year’s!
