Jason has recently graduated from college and was looking for a job. A new job to make a better life for himself and his three children, ages 7, 6, and 1. Unfortunately, a car accident wrecked not just the car, but his hopes.
Jason has not been able to work since the accident, and he and his children are currently living with a friend. He has applied for disability and is waiting on his first check. He
has even found a low-income apartment for the family, but a past electric bill ground the proceedings to a halt. He sought help at St. Margaret’s, a local Episcopal church. St. Margaret’s is a long-time friend of St. Francis House so they knew just who to call. St. Francis House was able to pay the bill, and Jason and his family will have a new place to live as soon as his disability income begins!
