Few people know how busy things can get in an afternoon in St. Francis House Social Services. So here’s a snapshot!
Even with distancing, face masks, and waiting outside to be called into the waiting room, in just fifteen minutes, Social Services helped five clients- two men, three women. We provided clothing for all five for those clients, groceries for four, a snack pack and bus pass for one, and men’s toiletries for all the men.
And that morning, Ms. Jones had helped 2 people with prescriptions, one with rent and one with utilities, as well as taking phone information to get others in the pipeline for help. TAP staffers did ten bus passes!
