One of our Veterans got into housing about three weeks ago. He called today to say thank you and check-in. In the course of the conversation, I mentioned another Veteran was trying to get into housing close to where he lives. “J” said he knew of a place, talked to the manager, got him to waive of the fees and background checks saving us those costs, and got his fellow Veteran into housing! -Ivan
