“I just got a family of five into housing in the Hot Springs area. That’s a really hard market because of a lack of available affordable houses. The mom is a Veteran and she and her husband have three teenage children, two girls and a boy. The landlord sold the house they were renting and they had nowhere to go. They had almost everything against them, poor credit, passed evictions, some legal problems and they needed to stay in the area because of work We put them into emergency housing, and started looking. Nothing was affordable on their income. They only had a few days left in their temporary placement when we found it!. Affordable, large enough for three children, it was perfect! It was so rewarding to see that work out for them. – Michelle
