Kristina Huff from the Student Alliance for Veteran Empowerment (SAVE) brought homemade treats for our Veterans! Linh Phung organized the event and the delicious homemade cookies, baked by Tripti Shukla and Diana Matei, and fresh coffee were a wonderful addition to dinner!
SAVE is composed of UAMS students dedicated to the following mission statement: “to champion the unwavering service Veterans have rendered to our nation. We strive to foster a culture that wholeheartedly serves, honors, and empowers our Veteran community, all the while ensuring they receive the recognition, support, and advocacy that they rightfully deserve.”
