SSVF helps Veterans from all over the state of Arkansas. In fact ,just one of our four offices got three Veterans off the streets and in to emergency housing just in the last two weeks. And all of them will be in permanent housing within ninety days.
Air Force Veteran EF* was one of those Veterans. After losing his wife, EF was lost. She had not only been his friend and life-partner, but she had handled all 
the finances for the household. He quickly was in financial difficulty and ended up homeless. He had been living on the streets for six months when he connected with SSVF. “EF has a lot of medical conditions as well and those had been complicated by being on the streets. We got him into temporary housing, and we will be helping him arrange his finances, make sure he has his medical needs met and get him into permanent housing”, stated his caseworker.
