St. Patrick’s Day came early for the Veterans at St. Francis House! Our friends from the Hot Springs Village Knights of Columbus treated us to a true celebration of all things Irish with homemade Irish stew, soda bread with real Irish butter, and a St. Patrick’s Day cake as well as lots of other goodies!
Thirty-year retired Marine Veteran Tom Donnelly learned to cook as a child from his grandparents and uncle working at their restaurant. His Irish stew recipe was quite a hit!
