The General Society War of 1812 (GSW) helps out too! GSW member Ron Krout delivered nearly $1,400.oo in donations to St. Francis House Veterans Re-Entry program including dishes, men’s jeans, towel sets, and other miscellaneous kitchenware. The items were collected by his wife Sheila Beatty-Krout who represents the United States Daughters of 1812 (U.S.D. 1812) in assisting Veterans. Beautiful quilts made by Village Bible Church Women’s Ministry, Women in God’s Service (WINGS), and much loved by our graduating Veterans, were also delivered!
