One of our staff told us this story a few days ago-“There’s a guy who has been coming in for a while now. He always gets snack bags and toiletries since he is living on the street. He came in today and said I needed to ‘change him in the system’ because he is not homeless. He pulled an electric bill out of his pocket and showed it to me as proof he had an apartment now. He got his bags of groceries and showed them to me as he left. He was so proud!
