DISCLAIMER:  We DO NOT receive Federal or State money for utility assistance. The money we receive comes from donations that St. Francis House receives through our community partners, organizations and donors and can vary from month to month. Assistance is on a limited first come-first served basis.

 

   HERE ARE THE UTILITY ASSISTANCE GUIDLINES.  PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THEM.
In fairness to others, No exceptions are allowed.

  1. YOU MUST HAVE AN OFFICIAL SHUT OFF or DISCONNECT NOTICE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ASSISTANCE.
  2. Utility Assistance will only be available on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. No exceptions.

    CALL our Utility Assistance number (501) 777-8758 on the dates listed above and listen to the automated recording directions between the hours of 10:00am-12:00am for directions.

     
    Conditions:

    Any bill that does not say “disconnect notice” or “shut off notice”, will be discarded. 
    Funds are limited and on a first call, first served basis, and may run out quickly.
    Our response time is usually between 24 and 48 hours. 
    If we can help, you will be notified by either text or phone call, only. 

    WE DO NOT TAKE WALK-INS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR UTILITY ASSISTANCE FROM ST. FRANCIS HOUSE

  1. Your bill MUST say  “SHUT OFF NOTICE” or DISCONNECT NOTICE. All others will be discarded.
  2. Accounts that are Past Due, Overdue, or already disconnected will not be considered.
  3. We only assist with “CURRENT AMOUNT DUE”, that is shown on the “shut off notice” or “disconnect notice”.
    1. WE DO NOT PAY PAST DUE AMOUNTS.
  4. Funds are limited and on a first call, first served basis and will run out quickly.
