As most of you know, after being blessed to serve St. Francis House for thirty-five years, I am retiring at the end of September. I praise God for bringing me to St. Francis House, and I am thankful for all the good people who shaped my life during my tenure at St. Francis House.
I want to thank the Rev. Canon James “Hap” Horton, who showed me the way to Christ through his daily life, and Mr. Lloyd Halsey and Dr. Estella Morris for believing in me and helping me succeed in my role. I thank the Bishops I have served, past and present Board members, the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas staff, and all the congregants, clergy, and community organizations that support that the work of St. Francis House. I pray that God will continue to bless St. Francis House, its staff, and its supporters.
