AC is another TAP success story. He is an addict who has been living unsheltered for years. He walked where he needed to go and his knowledge of resources was very limited. But then, he came to TAP for a bus pass. Once he was able to get around the city, he fund out about other agencies and began using their services. In addition to getting help with food and clothing, he was able to get his birth certificate and other ID. Getting those things allowed him to get into housing. Having a stable address allowed him to get medical coverage. A place to live and medical coverage allowed him to get into a rehabilitation program for his addiction. Today he is on his way to being clean and sober, is housed and is ready to continue improving his life! -Bernadette
