Some of our clients don’t want to go into a shelter for a variety of reasons. PW is one such case. She walked to Little Rock from another town and is living unsheltered. With the rain and cold, her little tent doesn’t provide much cover. But St. Francis House believes in meeting people where they are . We provided her with a tarp, several blankets, winter hat, gloves and warm socks, and of course, snack bags! – Christina
