JS comes in monthly for food and clothing. Today she came in with her sister-in-law and her granddaughter. Her grand-daughter was delighted to get a toy and then spent time carefully going through toy items for a gift for her “little baby cousin”. JS told me that St. Francis House has always been there for her family. She grew up in the neighborhood and has been coming to St. Francis House since she was a child. She was even a member of the St. Francis House Girl Scout Troop back in the days of Mrs. Lewis and Mrs. Banks!
